At ERP Consultants Inc, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our consulting services within the first 30 days of engagement, we offer a full refund of consulting fees paid during that period.

Policy Overview

We are committed to delivering exceptional value in every engagement. Our 30-Day Refund Policy reflects our confidence in our methodology and our dedication to client satisfaction.

This policy applies to consulting fees paid for professional services. It does not apply to third-party software licenses, hardware purchases, or other non-consulting expenses.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this policy, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timing: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the engagement start date
  • Good Faith Participation: Client must have participated in good faith, providing requested access to personnel, systems, and information
  • Written Request: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our office
  • Return of Materials: Client must return all deliverables, documentation, and proprietary materials provided during the engagement

Refund Process

Step 1: Submit Request

Contact us in writing at the address below or via email to initiate a refund request. Please include your company name, engagement details, and reason for the request.

Step 2: Review Period

Our team will review your request within 5 business days. We may contact you to discuss the concerns that led to your request and explore options for resolution.

Step 3: Resolution

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.

Partial Refunds

For engagements that extend beyond the 30-day period, we may offer partial refunds on a prorated basis at our discretion. Partial refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of the project completed at the time of the refund request.
